The Challenge
Growing at a fast pace, iGate Patni thus required a monitoring system that would be in step with their extensive network of over 2000 clients worldwide. Thus their Network Operations Centre (NOC) needed an integrated Audio Visual system, which would be in use 24x7 – monitoring clients at all hours, including their work hours in various countries. A key objective was to create a positive impression with clients during each ‘routine interaction’ by significantly enhancing business presentation deliverables.
 
 
The Solution
After understanding the needs at iGate Patni we designed a 24x7 operations monitoring facility for business data with built-in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted operation and maintainability – or greater operational reliability. The system enabled the iGate Patni team to concentrate on the business interaction instead of dealing with presentation equipment related distractions. 
The Network Operations Centre is equipped with a video wall consisting of 4 displays that allows applications running on the network to be displayed on each individual screen. The system also allows any one image to be stretched and sized across all screens, producing an almost seamless image of larger dimensions.
 
The Final Impression
A 24x 7 tracking and monitoring system to ensure project timelines and quality standards are being met. The facility also allows information to be analysed and shared with clients through higher quality business interactions.
