| After a careful analysis of their requirement, Actis provided the necessary AV solutions for their Boardroom, Video Conferencing Room and Auditorium.
The Boardroom is designed with a rear projection screen system for computer and video presentations and synchronised dimmable lighting with the projection system. |
| A speech reinforcement system is installed using semi-invisible ceiling speakers.
The unique interface of the speech and Video Conferencing systems facilitates group conferencing and ensures that any person seated at the table transmits clear audio to the remote end without any intervention. In-house meetings are audible evenly in all parts of the room. A multi-point audio and Video Conferencing system allows virtual meetings and worldwide communication. |
| Corporate videos and other presentation material can be easily shared with remote locations. An interactive Whiteboard sends any written matter on the board, directly to a computer. This allows important hand-written details to be stored electronically for future reference, emailed to colleagues or printed on paper. Motorised drapes control the daylight entering the room and this entire system is controlled using a user-friendly, mobile colour touch panel. |
| The Auditorium is equipped with a high-end projection system, an audio system and advanced lighting control. An IP camera captures presentations, events and even audience interactions in the Auditorium which can be broadcast outside the Auditorium. This ensures that no one misses an event, even when there is a full house. |
| The Video Conferencing room has been installed with lighting control that serves a variety of meeting needs. It is also equipped with an interactive Whiteboard, Projector and a touch panel for complete AV control from a single location. |
