Challenge

Actis undertook the design, implementation and audio visual integration of 25 rooms. These rooms are used for presentations, video conferencing, and training applications. The project included numerous 4-8 seater presentation rooms, 4 rooms with Cisco Telepresence solutions, a 52-seater training room, 4 senior executive rooms with conferencing facilities, and a multifunctional cafeteria (town hall). The challenge was to provide Coca-Cola with modern tools for seamless video collaboration and communication while adhering to strict timelines.

Solution

The Professional Services Group at Actis helped create video collaboration and meeting infrastructure that is flexible and cost-effective. The solution includes interactive touch screens and wireless BYOD connectivity for easy data sharing during presentations.

Actis incorporated Crestron’s DigitalMediaTM technology to manage digital AV and other controls. This allows the use of a CAT5 or CAT6 cable to carry audio, video, and control data, which considerably simplifies cable management and maintenance.

The Final Impression

Actis Technologies helped Coca-Cola India convert their new office into a space for open and productive video collaboration. The solution deployed by Actis is not only multi-functional but also seamlessly blends into the aesthetics of this modern office environment.

The result is that Coca-Cola now has a future-ready and flexible collaboration infrastructure. Their team has access to more intuitive tools to conduct meetings, presentations, and training sessions. Due to this, both user adoption and use of video collaboration solutions have grown.
