Not all the content that needs to be generated in meeting rooms is digital – and a lot of important content is created dynamically as the outcome of interactions in the form of in-meeting notes and scribbles. But sharing this “written content” is not always convenient in most modern meeting rooms, which is a design limitation that should be addressed.
In this short but very interesting video, WolfVision talks about (and demonstrates) how their new XXL dry-erase working surface can be used with a WolfVision VZ-C6 Ceiling Visualizer. It’s an amazing tool to help get your handwritten meeting notes up on the display for everyone to see – and what’s really neat is that you can record them too.
Both these products (when combined) make for an extremely practical solution for rooms catering to educational, training and event business meeting applications.
