First Look: Creating multi-functional meeting and collaboration spaces
A leading technology client recently approached us to revamp their meeting and collaboration infrastructure, which includes 13 meeting rooms with varying seating capacities (from 5 to 15 seat rooms).
These early images from the project (which is currently underway), showcase several massive display products like 75” and 60” LED displays and EPSON EB-955W projectors (with 94” diagonal projection screens). These were needed for clear viewing of extremely detailed visual data that they work, and image clarity was identified as the highest priority for their teams. Control systems make it simpler for multiple presenters to smoothly participate in interactions.
Other rooms that we are working on include the reception area, 3 training rooms, 4 cabins which feature Polycom IP soft-phones, the cafeteria and a town-hall space.
